Where can I bring my machines and tools for repair?

How long it will take for my machine to be repaired?

• Korweld practices “IN today, OUT today” policy on repair. We will try our best to repair your machine while you wait. 

How much is the cost of repair?

• If your machine is not covered by warranty, we are charging minimal cost for labor and parts depending on the parts that were broken or busted.

I need to repair my machine urgently, can you repair it on site?

• Sorry but we are repairing our machines only at our authorized service center. We do not allow on site repair.

Can I buy spare parts only?

• Yes. We are selling spare parts for our machines and tools. But please be reminded that warranty can be voided if unauthorized repair was made on the machines.
